Lucius hasn't properly woken up yet. He's roused enough a few times we've been able to get a bit of food and chocolate in him, but that's it.

I think we should wait until he awakes fully, and we can get some sense of his frame of mind, before we consider whether you should come see him. (Security-wise, I would prefer that no one with a cover to protect be allowed in. You might be an exception, because you helped break him out of Azkaban; he knows you well enough that he might have recognised your voice. We'll see what we get out of him once he rouses.)
