I have quite a bit of work to put in over hols if we're to start getting some supplies in during winter, when it'll be needed the most.

I want to set up an interview with Ken Towler and Jack Sloper as soon as possible to make sure they're on board. We need to spend hols looking over potential building sites, and starting to order equipment (and food, of course), and the sooner they're a part of it, the better off I'll be. Sue, George, Fred, I don't think I'll need backup, but I'd feel better if you were close at hand just in case, and I'd like to go over what I'm going to tell them too. (Mrs L, if you need to go over that part with me, let me know.)

Madame P, Mrs Sinistra, Jeremy, I'll need to meet with all three of you in order to thoroughly pick your brains. I have written up a proposal and budget projections, but there are still a few bits I'm struggling with and I would appreciate your help. Once things are a little more certain, I'll need Auror Brodie to look over everything, of course.

Stebs, thank you for stepping up. You're an utter brick. I'll walk you through your part of the contract.
