I Solemnly Swear That I Am Up To No Good
Jan. 12th, 2012 01:03 pmHave the rest of you lot all had a chance to talk to Professor Sinistra yet? It sounds like it'll be fun. Justin, have you heard yet about Saturday? I'm assuming you'll be there too.
It's sort of funny who she asked and who she didn't. Especially who she didn't.
And it's funny how teachers pay attention to things, like who knows who.

Date: 2012-01-13 02:24 am (UTC)By Saturday, do you mean to say a week and Saturday? Or are you referring to Hogsmeade this weekend?
I should think you mean next weekend. Yes, Professor Froissart told us about it on Monday. I say, it's dashed inconvenient we can't invite whom we'd like, though, what? I mean to say, not that I've any objection to your Professor Sinistra deciding who deserves it but one can't help feeling well awkward that Hydra can't come along.
Still, one doesn't wish to seem ungrateful when P Froissart is obviously trying to do something kind for us all. And I'm sure it will be jolly fun, particularly as it sounds as if a number of you lot were invited, what?

Date: 2012-01-13 04:02 pm (UTC)And I can see how you'd want Hydra to be there. I hope she isn't too put out. But I can also see how Professor Sinistra would want to give Hufflepuffs and Gryffindors a bit more of a chance to socialise. There really weren't many Slytherins on the list at all. And just Sally-Anne and me from our class.
I think if we all make an effort to spend some time with Hydra at Hogsmeade this weekend, it might make up a little for it, yeah?
