I was surprised enough that he knew, and that he was telling me that he knew, that I was able to look the part.

I mean, it was all very sweet. And I can't believe that he knew all that, this whole time!

I wonder if Granger knows that he knows.

When you say he knew everything, does that include Sirius being alive? He knows?

Why hasn't he told anyone? Is he too afraid of his aunt?

Yes, he knows about Sirius too.

I don't think it's that.

I think Harry's asked him not to tell. Not to tell anyone important, I mean. And because they swore not to hurt Harry, well... there we go?

Although he talked to me about that too. That he wasn't entirely convinced they all had Harry's best interests at heart. And I know Sirius does, but I'm still not convinced about Snape (even though Hermione likes him enough, I guess) or Macnair.

If Harry asked him not to tell that would explain it.

I don't know what I think about Snape or Macnair, so I don't blame Draco for having some reservations.

I mean, Vow or no Vow, Macnair did try and kill Harry before.

But it shows that he can keep secrets. Big ones.

I mean, yeah, he told me, but that's different. Than you know. Telling his father.

Not that I'm going to tell him anything mind, but still.

Yeah. He tried to kill Harry WHILE HE WAS A TEACHER AT HOGWARTS which honestly makes it worse.

I mean, think how we all felt about Carrow. And Hannah. Hannah was a half-blood in fostering, not the Lord Protector's Adopted Child, but that doesn't mean it would have been any BETTER to have a teacher murder Harry.

But yeah, I wouldn't trust him to not hurt Draco. Or any one of the rest of us.

And I know what you mean, about keeping secrets.

I like Draco. And I like how he is with you -- I mean, he makes you happy, in a way that no one else can, because you've known each other for so long.

I wish we could trust him with everything (although can you IMAGINE how he and Ron would fight? we'd have to either kill them both, or sell tickets.)

No! Of course not. She never took it out, not even when we were fighting Mrs Professor Carrow.

I don't think Harry even knows she has it.

I'm not sure, though.

You know, I don't know if he knows about Harry rescuing them. But if he did, Harry left out the bit where I was there too.

It's rather confusing, sorting out who knows what, isn't it?

No! or letting him know about something Harry didn't mean to tell him (which would stir up trouble because Draco expects Harry to tell him everything).

And you can't ask Harry about it because he might be cross with Draco for telling you things Harry told him not to tell anyone.
