I got your owl about Sunday's arrangements. It looks to be in order, and I'm very excited. I've got nine players from Hogwarts who are ready to go (including Draco and Harry of course), and Maghnus Derrick has volunteered to take Draco and Harry's Quidditch gear to have it waiting for them. Everyone else has been told to just bring their kits with them. I figure we've two extra in case someone gets ill or gets hurt, and we can certainly trade people in and out to give everyone a chance to play. Oh, and as a courtesy, I've asked Madame Hooch if she'd want to share referee duties with the Falmouth coach, and she said she would be there.
I've been thinking that everyone will have lots of different coloured uniforms, so we might want a very easy way for them to see whose team they are on. Different kinds of armbands, perhaps? What do you think?
And I've arranged for the picnic before, of course, but I was thinking of ordering some light refreshments after the game for all the players. Where could we set that up? I suppose we could have a table right out on the pitch, or they might have a club meeting room or something, but there might be rules about that, so I wanted to check with you first.
Could you do me a favour? Barnabas Bole is not invited in any way, either to play or watch, and I've taken pains to make sure that people from my House don't invite him, but is there any way you could pass that along to any security people just so they'll know for sure not to let him in? It would be awfully awkward for him to be there, and it would make one of Draco's friends much less likely to want to attend.
