Maybe she was angry because Sally-Anne interrupted their meeting by mistake. What I do know is why she was down there in the first place, to fetch her notes, and I can't see why any of that would be punishable by crucio. I really can't.
And she hardly ever gets into trouble, she's always so careful to be good and is much better-behaved than I am, and only got detention the one time, and would never do anything that would hack off the Head Girl on purpose.
